In jumping in and out of OR (not an exit, just close/leave the route to adjust an ENG file), I'm forced to reset the clock to the desired starting time which always defaults to 12 noon. Any thoughts on making the time stick to the last value, at least until a completely exiting the program?

I'll give an Amen to that. Beta testing engine lights and having to always reset time to evening.

You could set up a test-the-lights activity that launches at night. You'd have to edit the Player_Service_Definition () string in the .ACT file for the right consist to test.

I suppose that would be a work around, albeit an inconvenient one.

Ah, interesting. I'm curious that the locomotive/consist and starting at/heading to options stick but the time/season/weather ones don't. Probably something's incorrectly reinitialising them when the menu is shown instead of only on the initial start-up.

I am finding that all selections reset if I go into options after choosing route, consist and start point.

The installation profile, route and activity don't. The rest do. And that's the same as closing the menu and reopening it and is not quite the same issue as the OP here.

I'm working on both issues today.

Should be fixed in X2978.
