An early video of the work-in-progress new FDL set I'm working on. This will replace the current FDL16 set when done. Anyone who already purchased the version 1 pack can get this as a free upgrade.

Sounds pretty darn good, Nash! Do you have an ETA on the 645 Turbo sounds?

Sounds great. Have you given any thought to a 567 set (either Turbo or N/A)?

Great FDL sounds and I'd like to add support for a 567 pack in the future. There are a few out there but I've never really found a non-turbo version for GP9 locomotives that hit the spot for me. Streamlines got it pretty close in their more recent products but still slightly off. I've spent a lot of time around yard power as a kid, so I'm picky when it comes to the N/A 567's. I'd pay a couple of pennies for the right experience there.

I'd highly suggest Steven West's Ultimate F7 soundset on the file library here and at TrainSim.com if you want a good freeware 567 soundset.

Any word on when the revised FDL-16 sounds will be released?

I'd been taking a break from them after literally working on them near non-stop for weeks. I'm going to again get back to working on them today, and get a video up showing the new feature "Tru-Rev". This means it will have actual notch-up sounds that play as you throttle up the locomotive.

Sounds like these upgraded sounds will be well worth the wait. Looking forward to them!
