The downloads at the MSTSbin site are not functioning because the blueboard.cz counter service is defunct. The downloads can be had if you shorten the url by removing the counter script.

For example, the current url for bin 1.8.052113:
http://www.blueboard.cz/dcounter.php?hid=k42xfvonax5af9b6jc7a8pm35fxu4a&down=true&url=http://mstsbin.uktrainsim.com/data/MSTSPatch1.8.052113en.zip

needs to be shortened to:
http://mstsbin.uktrainsim.com/data/MSTSPatch1.8.052113en.zip
