It has already been discussed that, depending from country, real trains get or don't get a red on the start signal of a station when they have to stop there.
In timetable mode this can be configurable for every station and for every train.
In activity mode up to now the red was always forced, which by the way does not correspond to what MSTS does.
So I have added a new experimental option checkbox "No forced red at station stops" that is unchecked/false at default and is anyhow operating only if the Enhanced Compatibility checkbox is checked and not in timetable mode.
As this option can have impacts on train interlocking, this is a very experimental option, a feedback is expected to see if in practical use train deadlocks appear that didn't appear in MSTS or not.

The forced station stop has two parts:
a) the signal is hold on red until the train has stopped.
B) the signal is hold on red until 2 minutes before departure-time.
both parts didn't exist in MSTS.
Does the checkbox has impact on both parts?

Hi,
first of all, thanks a lot for introducing this experimental feature.
These red lights were something that bothered me a bit...
I checked a couple of activities and so far it looks very good !
I keep on checking....
Cheers
Boris

Yes, because with the option set the signal never gets red (of course assuming that the subsequent track sections are free).
