I'm bumping this ancient thread as I had occasion to deal with this problem -- again -- and of course the answer is to create \classes in the jrennn_nnn {whatever version you have) folder and copy the tsutils classes to it.

I'm posting because I goofed and perhaps some other reader will benefit from my mistake. I copied \TSUtils from route riter into the jrv\classes folder; Wrong! Open up \TSUtils and copy all of the files therein over to the new java folder. TSUtils will work then.

I did that for both the 32 and 64 bit versions of java.
