This is a short clip from an "experimental" activity entitled Maine Foaming that's included in SLI's BNSF Priority Train for the Seligman2. Activity runs 35 mins (video is about 1min +/-) and takes place trackside at Maine Arizona. It runs well in MSTS, will not run in OR.

From the activity briefing: "This scenario was designed to function as though you are a person standing trackside watching trains pass by your location. To properly enjoy this activity, you should switch to the Passenger View (Number 5 key on keyboard). This will provide you with 360 degrees of vision. Furthermore, it will allow you to enjoy the train audio much better. The trains are all run by the simulator artificial intelligence, so we had to make some sound system modifications to get them to blow their horns and ring their bells at the railroad crossing. These are all tied to the Passenger View, so while you are welcome to watch the trains from other perspectives, the horn and bell timings might not match. The scenario will end on its own after 35 minutes."

If you upload the video in YouTube then you can use the media () entries to put up the screen like other videos you see being posted here. But first it has to go into YouTube's library of stuff (make an account there and you can do that). I don't know if other media sites will do the same for this forum software.

Another thing I noticed is that if you were to put the links in YouTube, sometimes they come out as https: .... instead of just http:

This software here won't give you the video window with an https: link so you just have to just remove the "s" from the https: and then it will work.
