I don't think this will be a contentious change, but I'd like to see if anyone has any good objections or additional suggestions.

I would like to:

  • Remove Train lights setting and always enable it.
  • Remove Precipitation setting and always enable it.
  • Enable MSTS Bin compatible sound by default.

I have always been curious why MSTS Bin compatible sound was an option to begin with.
The other two are a toss up to me. Just doesn't really matter one way or the other. IMO

:)

I say go for it. Just means that it's no longer experimental, correct?

If you don´t remove the first two (just thinking something like with overhead wires might turn up), it would be nice to at least enable them by default - same for the o-wires. :thumbup3:

Any way, I´m OK with it :D

Cheers, Markus

Hi,

Fine with me!
Many people were puzzled by those defaults / options. Removing them (or at least changing the default behavior for lights and precipitations) will make things simpler and more comprehensive.

Regards

Hi James,

No problem for me, it's all right.

Cheers!

I'd enable them as defaults, but still leave the option to turn them off for folks with lower performing systems.
