How to Turn OFF Emergency Brake? Rate Topic: -----

OK i got the train to start...had to activate the brake system, this is for a French route, but now, after a station stop, the emergency brake wont go off.

Is there a dedicated key for it alone? i found Dyanmic Brake, train Brake, and engine brake and they were all off but when i hit the train brake key underway because the train was going very slow, the on screen text said

Emergency Brake Applied...

and did every time i pressed the lower Train Brake key

is there a way to turn OFF the emergency brake? thanks

I'd like to deactivate this feature as well. My 1800's steam don't have emergency brakes.
How do you turn them off???
This is definitely a feature that needs to be put under the Options menu to either activate or not.

How can be turned off after passing red? I can't even reverse, because i can't release the brakes.

Switch to manual mode (CTRL-M), release brakes, switch back to normal mode (again CTRL-M).
And next time, stop properly for a red signal ... :pleasantry:

i passed a station i needed to stop at, so i jammed on the brakes...and then they could not come off

this is a big help...my bad, i was going too fast... but it helps to know

OK and how about the explorer mode, cant relese emergency break and cant change the mode in explorer mode, any suggestions?
