Ed,

The trolley's are all available here in the library. As for the route, it is one that was being beta tested and due to a number of problems during development has been abandoned.

Thanks for the reply. That's too bad about the route. Looks really nice too.

Paul, for those PE screenshots you took, above, is that from MSTS or Open Rails?

Hey, Jim! Let's get a trolley pole up! Don't want to have an unscheduled meet at some grade crossing do ya?

Paul, those are great fog scenes. Is that in Open Rails, or did you finally get your MSTS to run?

Claus, great shots of the old route!

Hi Matt :oldstry: ,

I will take some screenies with steam locomotives on the Pacific Electric route, and post them in the Steam thread.

Regards Claus

Dave and Tim,

No, I wish it was ORTS but at the moment a foggy scene like that is not possible that I know of. They were taken in MSTS over a year ago, actually when Tim was still working on the PET. Here is what the route looks like in ORTS:

Real nice shots there Claus. That little critter has been fun from the first day I ever ran one back on the L&PS. :)

That little critter is good for moving dead cars around the shops too. Nice shots, everyone!

Paul, I now recall what I didn't like about OR on my PE route. The wire it draws doesn't fit my overhead furniture- i.e. the supporting structures, especially around special work in the car house yards or anywhere there is complex wire work. The path it follows is different from that which MSTS draws and which is what I built all that overhead to follow. The catenary style wire is wrong for the simple suspension I used on the routes, which is the same type used on PE's Western District nee Los Angeles Pacific. Too bad, because everything else looks good in OR.

Oh, and Claus, there's an updated Coca-Cola bottling plant in the library I made that uses less polys and has it's own signs built in. You can replace that one and all the add-on signs and save object counts in that tile. :)
