I've prepared the second ORTS adaptation attempt.
Here is a working version 2 of patch.
This *.zip is being unzipped to trainset folder - for replacing and adding files in original Niagara_Jct_15 locomotive's folder.
If You prefer to keep original files for future - take care to backup them before; then, while unzipping - confirm replacement.
If You've somehow missed to preserve original files - it's possible to retrieve them from original *.zip - no worry.

What was modified:
Eng-file
1. cleared format
2. fixed explictly wrong brake parameters and improved apply/release rates (NEW)
3. corrected brake levers notch values
Cvf-file
1. corrected pivots&positions of manometer needles
2. and brake handles animations
SMS-file
1. begin correction of motor sound
Please note, that these *.SMS-files require some Acela's sounds from MSTS distributive (e.g. air hiss and control clicks).
It's possible to add later electric cirquit controls as:
—Main switch
—Battery switch
—Control cirquit switch
