T&NO GS DROP-BOTTOM GONDOLA #42661
G-50-9 CLASS, BUILT 1925.

An 8-door drop-bottom design using Enterprise door equipment. This particular design was the standard SP design for 30 years... from the early 20's thru the late 40's when a different GS design took over. The SP owned thousands of these cars, which lasted until 1974. Classes G-50-9 thru -12 were pretty much identical.
