TWO CHICAGO BURLINGTON & QUINCY RAILROAD GS-7 COMPOSITE GONDOLAS
3D modeling and textures ©2005 by Tim Muir

CB&Q constructed 750 GS-7 gondolas numbered in the 75000-75749 series, at the road's Galesburg shops in 1929 and 1930. They were of composite constuction, having steel frames, sills and trusswork, with sides, bottom, drop doors and ends of wooden construction, reflecting the USRA design of 1919.

Two cars are included, each with an empty and loadad wag file. A FreightAnim shape file for an empty car and a car with a coal load with added detail parts complete the package.

Prototype data, plans, and photos supplied by Chuck Zeiler.
