MSTS BCER - Electric Trolley #1312.

Credits:

BCER1312 is based on BCER1304 created by Bill Hall, Graham MacDonell, Tim Muir, Paul Deverter, Ted Ahner and Chuck Zeiler.
Copyright © 2004 William Hall. A product of Port City Car Company.

Bill Hall has granted permission to upload this car to the Elvas Tower library. Please refer to the enclosed Readme.txt as all is applicable to this car also.

Installation:

1. All of the necessary files are included with this car.

2. Create a new folder called "BCER1312" in your BCER route TrainsTrainset folder.

3. Unzip BCER1312.zip to this folder. In the folder are Cabview and Sound folders from the original #1304, a BCER1312 consist file and a motorman figure for a FreightAnim addition. The motorman was created by Tim Muir and is in the Elvas Tower library. The motorman can be substituted or removed by editing the FreightAnim line in the bcer1312.eng file .

4. Copy the consist file to the consist folder and you are good to go. #1312 will appear as "BCER1312 7.2m wire" on the MSTS Locomotive list

Background:

BCER-1312 resulted from a rebuild of BCER-1500 in 1929. This car varied from BCER-1304 in the size and configuration of the side windows.

Wow Mike! You've been busy again. Beautiful work as usual. Nice cars. Nice work on the ALCo's too.

Hello All,

After discussion with the Port City Car Company group ( creators of the BCER Interurban models ) , the car windows were lightened to better represent historical cars. These versions are now in the library.

Jim,

Was your #1312 download since the revisions were uploaded ? There was a missing closing " ) " in the original files at last comment statement near top of .eng file. Just downloaded current copy and #1312 ran fine in the sim. Try a new download. If problem persists, PM me.

Thank you Mike,
I'm sure mine was before the revision. I'll try the new one.
