I needed a sign so I thought I'd make a bunch for everybody else, too.
Instructions included but it's pretty easy. .bmp files also included, check the README file.

Basically, there are 8 signs. You re-skin them to your liking and only use what you want of them. (I'm only using three.) You don't have to install all 8 if you don't want to. Just what you want to use.

If there is any interest, I'll plop out 8 more for those who need more signs. Just PM, e-mail, or ask here in the forums.
