Elvas Tower: Download Restrictions / member ranking - Elvas Tower

We are beginning to host some rather large files. There has been much discussion about implementing restrictions on member's download activity to keep the system bandwidth usage in check.

User groups define how much can be downloaded, how much can be uploaded as pictures, and how many PM's can be kept.

Advancement and assignment to these groups will be based on forum post counts.

Bogus posting will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from the system. Attempts at posting meaningless messages will be dealt with accordingly.
