Unzip the archive into a temporary folder.
Open Steam/RW and in the RW options menu - use Package Manager to install
the model .RWP file.

:::Notes:::

The model is approx 20,799 polys, is single LOD and uses 1 x 2048x2048 texture.

The hull depth in the water depends on the load, but up to the top of the
white band, or very slightly above if you want it fully laden. For an empty ship
have about 6 feet or 1.8 meter of red showing.

If you have problems in the route editor I cannot help with advice, so please post
a query on UKTrainsim or Elvas Tower RW forums.
