Unzip the archive into a temporary folder.
Open Steam/RW and in the RW options menu - use Package Manager to install
the model .RWP file.

  software working in Railworks that's permitted.

The model is approx 23,000 polys, is single LOD and uses 1 x 2048x2048 texture.
The hull depth in the water depends on the load, but up to the top of the
red would be about right for the load.
If you have problems in the route editor I cannot help with advice, so please post
a query on UKTrainsim or Elvas Tower RW forums.
The ship's name is a text shaped object and cannot be changed.
