Another MSTS add-on by Captain Bazza (Barry R Munro)

This locomotive and tender have special 'snow textures' and additional snowdrift FreightAnim shape. Neither locomotive or tender are suitable for reskinning. (An unwinterised version of the same locomotive is to be released soon.)

I have further tweaked the locomotive ENG and tender ENG to give better low speed control and so far it looks good.

Please read the readme, it will save problems later. Thanks to Howard (NZ) and George (US) for testing an earlier 461 beta (not this one), also to Jon B. (UK).

MSTS Bin patch is highly recommended.

This project was a test for several texture tweaks I've been experimenting with....it was never part of the planned line-up of two versions
of #461, the original K27 starter project which stalled and later saw the release of 450 and 460 instead.

Recommended: any 3ft narrow gauge route that has winter textures and not all have them.
