Elvas Tower: MSTS / ORTS Utility - sigcfg_Checker v1.1 - Elvas Tower

A utility mainly intended for route builders.
Checks for inconsistencies within sigcfg.dat file and between sigcfg, sigscr and .tdb files. No files are modified.
See readme for full details.

Not suitable for use with Windows XP.

This version contains one bug fix but no new functions.
