Elvas Tower: D&RG Early 3000-Series Boxcar Set - Elvas Tower

Four (4) D&RG 3000-series 3-Foot-Gauge Boxcars: #3087, #3164, #3394 & #3459

The D&RGW 3-Foot-Gauge boxcars numbered 3000-3749 were originally built for the D&RG by
American Car & Foundry beginning in 1904.

These cars represent the original configuration with the as-built door hardware, grabs, steps, and
end trussrods. They are painted in what "may" represent the original paint, Prince's Mineral Brown,
and the original lettering, as found on period photographs, They are provided both loaded and empty
