1938 Plymouth Pickup Version 1.1 (New "improved" textures, reduced poly and draw count)
MSTS Scenery Object
November 9th, 2021Original 1938 Ford model by Louis Fournier, Modified to 1938 Plymouth styling and adapted for MSTS and Open Rails by Frank Musick
Textures manipulated from photographs obtained on the internet by Frank Musick.
Although this is a revision it may as well be a new model. Poly count has been reduced pretty drastically. Draw count was also reduced. The textures are new. It was hard to tell the difference between this model and the 1938 Ford pickup. Working on revising the Ford too.
Like the car makers in the U.S. Chrysler products luck similar across certain product lines. This Plymouth looks similar to the Dodge pickup from the same years. You may notice the taillight says Dodge so it's a chimera of sorts. A Dymouth, if you will....or a Podge.
Like many of my recent models, the lettering is fictional, kind of a joke. Some older folks may remember Yasgur's Farm.
Hope it's of use.
