Elvas Tower: MSTS/OR Crossing Signal Set 3 - Elvas Tower

This is a set of crossing objects for use in routes. The set is made up of passive crossing shapes, for use at crossings without lights and gates and the like. For the most part, these are found on crossings with smaller (usually rural) roads. There is some classic equipment for passive crossings, as well, and some Canada- and Mexico-specific stuff to top it all off.
