Elvas Tower: ORTS New Starmap - Elvas Tower

A new starmap for Open Rails. These files can be used to display the night sky. As most usual in reality, only the bright stars are visible, and now the stars are more "high in the sky" and not so distorted on the horizon.
My recommendation is to use it with a monitor with enough resolution. (At least, I expect otherwise the small stars disappear as pixels .....).
