Elvas Tower: EMD SD70M "Notched-Nose" Blank - Elvas Tower

A layered non-dithered blank for the SLI "Notched-Nose" SD70M.

This includes a set of layered PSD and XCF files for nearly all the textures, minus the windows and interior. This is made for the UP SD70M pack but they will fit the NS SD70M shape, too. Painting on them is easy, and you only need to paint on the "primer" layer at the bottom at normal mode. No need to create other paint layers in "overlay" or "hard light".
