This engine and tender is fully described in the File_ID.diz and Readme files.
Basically this is L&HR Camelback just after it was purchased by the M&U and newly outshopped.
The model itself is a rebuild and reworking of several incomplete and abandoned files that were found in the Train_Sim Library. One nice feature of this engine is that the train and engine brakes now work as they should for a vintage 1922 product.
I needed lots of support and help to get this project finished, a lot of which came from the forum here.
